Detective Mathilda was on a new case. A rare diamond had been stolen from a museum and all the evidence pointed to a group of suspects who had an unusual connection - they were all math professors at a nearby university.
Mathilda went undercover as a student and started attending their classes, trying to gather any clues that might help her solve the case. The first professor she met was Professor Johnson, who taught algebra. He was a stern-looking man with a bald head and a thick mustache.
