SOLUTION IS VERY SIMPLE.

From Inequality

$= (2.2½ c o s e c θ -5 s i n θ)^{2} \geq 0$

$= 8c o s e c^{2} θ +25 s i n^{2} θ -20.2½ \geq 0$
$= 8c o s e c^{2} θ +25 s i n^{2} θ \geq 20.2½$
Therefore

The minimum value of
$8c o s e c^{2} θ +25 s i n^{2} θ is 20\timesroot 2$

Or 20.2½
